Consultation hours

As of today, November 10, 2023, the practice is closed for new registrations.

The walk-in consultation hours will no longer be used as of June 1.

The appointment consultation hours are daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The telephone consultation hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

Home visits are daily from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM as needed.

Home visits can be requested from the assistant and are intended for patients who are too ill to come to the practice.

Via the "Your Care On-Line" module it is now possible to request a prescription, make an appointment or request a consultation directly and online.

The Recipes Module is restored and available

The recipe module as included in the healthcare online portal is available again. In the unlikely event that you encounter problems, please let us know by sending an e-mail.

You can request a prescription via our new telephone exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you have a complaint

The on-line complaint form can be used to report a complaint regarding the care from our general practice. We wish to keep out patients satisfied and hereby invite you to explain your complaint so that we can try to improve the care. We will contact you regarding your complaint form.
If we cannot reach an agreement or you are not satisfied after we have discussed your complaint, you can submit your complaint to the official complaints committee to which we are affiliated: Stichting Klachten en Geschillen Eerstelijnszorg (SKGE).

However, acting general practitioners who work with us are occasionally, or for a longer period of time, independently affiliated with the SKGE and do not fall under the complaints committee of the practice.
